Hospice of Lubbock...a non-profit agency incorporated in the State of Texas in July 1986. Hospice of Lubbock holds memberships in the Texas & New Mexico Hospice Organization, National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization and the Texas Non-Profit Hospice Alliance. Hospice of Lubbock is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Covenant Health System.
